Jessica Brown grew up immersed in bold, vibrant flavors rooted in Latin Caribbean cuisine. Influenced by a rich family heritage spanning Panama, Costa Rica, Cuba, and Jamaica, her love for food began at home—where culture, comfort, and community were always at the center of the table.
Before founding Caribe Azul, a Latin Caribbean catering company serving Sacramento and Northern California, Jessica built a successful career in the fashion industry after graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Working as a Production Coordinator and Production Manager in the evening and bridal gown industry, she developed a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver custom experiences under tight timelines and high expectations.
That background now shapes the way Caribe Azul approaches catering for weddings, celebrations, private events, and corporate gatherings throughout the Sacramento region. Jessica brings the same care, precision, and client-focused mindset to every event—ensuring the process feels seamless and the experience is both memorable and stress-free.
